You are very welcome to email or call me personally, but I would rather you use the support ticket system here.  It will help you and me keep track of what is happening, it gives me a visual reminder of issues I need to solve, and prevents things getting lost in the darkest recesses of my email inbox.  It also gives me the option in the future of bringing in other people to help, if this idea grows bigger.
